Aqua Zumba

The "Pool Party" workout: Low impact, high energy and great music for a fun, exciting class!

Fridays: 9:00 - 9:45am

Aquatic Intensity

An hour-long intense shallow water workout incorporating interval training, aquatic plyometrics traveling and power moves designed to challenge even the most fit participants.

Wednesdays: 9:00 - 10:00am
Thursdays: 9:00 - 10:00am

Cardio Blast

One hour of cardio/aquatic exercise. All levels.

Wednesdays: 10:00 - 11:00am

Cardio Strength H2O

Set to music, a cardio workout with strength training, using a variety of equipment. All levels.

Mondays: 10:00 - 11:00am
Tuesdays: 9:00 - 10:00am
Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30pm
Fridays: 10:00 - 11:00am
Saturdays: 9:00 - 10:00am
Sundays: 9:30 - 10:30am

Deep Water Workout

A zero impact workout utilizing a floatation device to improve core strength, cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and balance, without placing undue stress on joints. Participants must be able to maintain verticality in the water.

Mondays: 2:00 - 2:45pm
Tuesdays: 6:15 - 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 2:00 - 2:45pm
Thursdays: 2:00 - 2:45pm

Max H2O

This new Aquatics class is a challenging mix of cardio, strength and interval training, using water paddles and other equipment for resistance and intensity. Intermediate level.

Mondays: 9:00 - 10:00am

Total Body H20

This class consists of 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise and 30 minutes of core strength, balance and flexibility based on the priniciples of Joseph Pilates.

Thursdays: 10:00 - 11:00 am
