The Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to suit everyone's fitness needs. All of our cardiovascular equipment is equipped with an individual Cardio Theatre that allows you to watch TV or listen to music while you work out...just bring your headphones! And our certified, professional Fitness staff is on-hand at all hours to help you feel comfortable with your workout and happy with your results.

The Circuit is a series of 9 pieces of equipment that covers the major muscle groups of the body. The Fitness Team will guide you through these machines, setting up personal machine settings, explaining and demonstrating its use, and recording all of the information on your personal workout card. Then each time you return to The Circuit the Fitness Team will be there to replicate your workout, while encouraging you to increase your resistance, and providing motivational coaching to help make the most of your workouts.
As you advance through The Circuit the Fitness Team will begin recommending free Fitness and Group Exercise classes that will advance your workout, moving you closer to reaching your health goals.
This is an interactive computer program that records all of your personal settings for our 13-piece Technogym selectorized weight stack circuit. A Fitness Coach will walk you through each exercise and program the computer system to your custom settings, creating another extremely effective workout program. 15/20/30-Minute Small Group Fitness Classes - Free
Make the most of your 15/20/30-minute workout with these classes in the Fitness Center: AB Express, Forever Fit and TRX.
Forever Fit - Free Fitness Class for Seniors
For those 60 & over, this program is designed to increase strength, endurance, stability and flexibility for the mature member. Participants safely progress at their own pace in a supervised group setting. For members, it's free!
Take your health and fitness to the next level with a certified trainer. Our Personal Trainers are each certified by at least one national personal training/fitness organization and many have college degrees in physical education or exercise-related areas. In addition, their passion for fitness and desire to help you achieve your goals will take you above and beyond your expectations.
Personal, Partner or Small Group Training Options:
Specialities include: Sport-Specific, Pre- and Postnatal, Nutrition Analysis and Support, Seniors, Yoga/Pilates Mat, Aquatics and Special Populations.
Appointments can be made for 30 or 60 minutes.
