Classes are ongoing: Held Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:00 am in Briarcliff.

Kickboxing is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with heart-pumping cardio and quickly and efficiently burning calories and fat.


In this class, we will be working to engage all of the muscle groups in your body, taking advantage of a variety of training drills to help maximize the workout.


We will also focus on punching, kicking, running, plyo-metric and full-body conditioning drills. The class incorporates resistance, interval and core training, striking and combination drills, functional movement lifting, and hitting and kicking heavy bags, we also pay careful attention to proper form, as well self-defense moves.


Equipment needed: Boxing or MMA gloves and wrist wraps.
