Introductory Program - Couch to 5K

with Personal Trainer Maura Maloney

Train for your first 5K in a non-intimidating atmosphere while improving cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and core strength. Class will be taught with personal trainer Maura Maloney, who has run countless long distance races including the upcoming TCS NYC Marathon in the fall.

Participants will run as a team in an upcoming race! We will decide on a race to participate in together as more races are announced into spring.

Intermediate Program - 5K to 5 Miles

Done a 5K? Nervous for a 10K? 5 Miles is a comfortable distance for a newer runner looking for a challenge.

Classes will meet on the track.

10K Group Training

Have you been running but haven’t quite pushed yourself to the 10K distance? Stuck in a rut with your 10K pace? Build up your endurance to run six miles using interval training and longer distance runs with Personal Trainer Tim Robinson.
