This is a results driven workout that helps you lose weight and build muscle focusing on the needs of senior exercisers. This program offers the most up to date and efficient workout protocols that help promote weight loss. Done in a small group setting Leslie is able to offer individual guidance and support to each participant.

Leslie has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Aquatic Exercise Instructor.
