Aqua training has a multitude of benefits. Buoyancy of the water takes weight off of the joints as well as increasing the range of motion of those joints. However, we live on land, and bone density is not addressed through swimming or aquatic exercise. Research shows bone density can be increased at any age by strength training on land. Increase your stamina and comfort by building strength that will help to support your joints.

Taught in a small group setting; individual support and guidance are given to each participant.

Leslie is a master trainer with a certificate as a Senior Fitness Specialist. Other certifications include ACE Personal Training, Smartfitness Personal training, AFAA Group Fitness and AEA Aquatic Exercise. She has 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
