For girls and boys ages 11–17

Gain fitness education while improving your strength, stamina and general health. Join a supportive atmosphere geared towards educating teens in proper fitness training and weight lifting technique. Upon finishing this program, participants will have a basic knowledge of exercise and a personalized program to follow.
