Free Small Group Fitness Classes

Small group instructor-led classes are sweeping through the Fitness Center!

Classes are designed to complement everyone's daily workout... and working out in these group sessions is fun, interactive and addictive. Bring a friend or make a new friend and see exercise in a whole new light. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Here's a sampling of class descriptions:

Balance Training

Vew-Do Balance Training is a new one-of-a-kind approach to "core strength conditioning." This fun and innovative series of workouts featuring the new patented Vew-Do "Nub Board," is designed to meet the needs of any fitness enthusiast regardless of athletic/fitness ability, age or skill. These 30 minute long classes are held on the Turf.

CFX (Club Fit Xtreme Fitness)

This is a modified CFX class in which we get members used to new ways to train. In this CFX we focus on form and technique with new comers to this type workout. Each week we will introduce new equipment and exercise routines incorporating body weight and calisthenics, agility drills, plyometrics, barbells, ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, balance, trx and more! Come to class prepared to get pushed to a whole new fitness level. Please bring water and a towel. Maximum of 10 participants per class. Please sign up up to 24 hours in advance at the Service Desk, online, or over the phone. Classes are held on the Turf.


a 15-minute class that incorporates conditioning & strength exercises for all muscles of the core combined with cardio intervals on NEW bodyweight rowers.

Forever Fit — Free Fitness Class for Seniors

For those 60 & over, this program is designed to increase strength, endurance, stability and flexibility for the mature member. Participants safely progress at their own pace in a supervised group setting. For members, it's free!


Timed interval endurance circuit. Alternating timed strength and cardiovascular intervals promises a challenging yet holistic workout. Grab a Fit Coach and try it out for yourself!

Teen Fitness

For girls and boys ages 11–14. Wednesdays at 4:00pm.
First and third Wednesday of each month: Circuit Training. Second and fourth Wednesday of each month: TRX Class.
* (if 5 Wednesdays exist the final class will be a circuit class.)


30-minute body weight suspension training classes designed to build strength and improve balance, flexibility and core stability, for all fitness levels. Class are limited to 8 participants and are held in Studio 4. Sign up at the service desk (ext. 2508) or in person or by phone the day of the class. Please bring water and a towel.
