Free Fitness Classes

Small group instructor-led classes are sweeping through the Fitness Center!
All classes take place in the TRX Area.

Abs Express
A 15-minute class specifically for the abdominals.

Balance Training
Vew-Do Balance Training is a new one-of-a-kind approach to "core strength conditioning." This fun and innovative series of workouts featuring the new patented Vew-Do "Nub Board," is designed to meet the needs of any fitness enthusiast regardless of athletic/fitness ability, age or skill.

CFX
Club Fit E-xtreme Fitness Class

with Jane Balter

Looking for a challenge to break up your normal workout routine? This high intensity workout builds explosive power and endurance through intervals and exercise variation.

Prepare to get out of your comfort zone. Each week will feature a brand new workout incorporating body weight and calisthenics, agility drills, plyometrics, barbells, ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, and more!

Please bring water and a towel. Maximum is 16 participants per class. Please sign up the day of at the service desk.

Thursdays at 10:00am
Fridays at 5:45am

Forever Fit
Progress safely at your own pace with exercises designed to improve strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. 60+ years.

An introduction to the functionality of kettlebells.

TRX
Body weight suspension training classes designed to build strength and improve balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels. Class limited to 8 participants. Sign up at the service desk in person or by phone the day of the class to ext 2508.
