Kinesis - Small Group Training
This revolutionary approach for participants of all fitness levels utilizes exercise technology to build muscular strength and endurance; it also helps to improve balance, stability and flexibility. An elegant way to do functional fitness. One-on-one and small group training available in single sessions and packages. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being billed for a session.
