with Instructor Karla Diamond, BFA, Am SAT
 

This 4-week workshop will give you an opportunity to understand how to apply the principles of the Alexander Technique to everyday movement.

Through demonstration, hands-on work and observation, you will gain a better understanding and awareness of how you use your body and how to change postural habits. You’ll feel lighter, more exansive and you will find that you have less tension.

Instructor Karla Booth Diamond, BFA, Am SAT, graduated from the American Center for the Alexander Technique in 1990, after completing a three-year training program. She has taught workshops in Sweden, the U.K. and Australia, as well as throughout the United States. With a background in movement and yoga, she enjoys helping people regain their natural poise and love of moving.
