Prenatal Exercise

Caring for your body and mind during the childbearing year

Our prenatal classes are specifically designed to safely and effectively improve a woman's fitness level during the childbearing year. This unique program is directed by a certified childbirth educator and taught by a staff of fitness professionals certified in perinatal exercise. Our program adheres to the guidelines established by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Sports Medicine.

A unique blend of yoga, strength training, stretching and relaxation taught by Perinatal Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer Denise Weber. Class will be divided into three-twenty minutes segments, each designed to specifically target the physical changes and challenges that come with pending motherhood.

Prenatal Yoga with Denise Weber

4-Week Sessions begin January 9th & February 6th

Prepare your muscles for the rigors of pregnancy, labor and birth by strengthening and stretching. Learn to use  breathing and relaxation to improve energy levels and relieve stress, anxiety and the pain of labor.

Postnatal Exercise...Baby Boot Camp
with Prenatal Specialist Denise Weber

Build a better body while bonding with your baby, in our new postnatal Baby Boot Camp. Class combines weight training and cardiovascular exercise to bring you back to your pre-pregnancy body and beyond. Join us for a fun workout, surrounded by other moms and babies, in a stress-free environment.
