• Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment.
• Non-members are required to provide a method of payment upon booking.
• If you would like to receive an email confirmation of your appointment an email address needs to be provided upon booking.
• Our 50-Minute Massage is a full body massage, or you can specify work in an area of concern.
• If you work out before your massage, please allow time to cool down and shower.
• Towels are available and free of charge in the locker rooms.
• A physician should be consulted by persons on medication or with any injury, disease or disability such as diabetes, high-risk pregnancy, cancer, osteoporosis, etc.
• Gift certificates and massage packages (at a discount) are available.
• Gratuities are appreciated.
