Helping others achieve optimal wellness entails creating highly customized lifestyle modifications reflective of the unique wants, needs – and hopes and dreams – of each of my clients.

We are happy to partner with Phelps Hospital for free workshops and screenings offered to members and non-members throughout the year.

Cancer Wellness Exercise Program
This ongoing program is designed to meet the special fitness needs of people of all ages undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. A physician's note is required to attend. It's free for members and non-members.
Non-members can participate for a maximum of sixteen weeks. For info call ext. 2263.
We will assist you through your rehabilitation process. A Physician referral is required for treatment. Throughout your course of treatment, we maintain close contact with your physician to ensure proper therapeutic care.

Seminars are free to members and guests. Registration is limited. Participants must sign up at the Physical Therapy reception desk or call 762-2222. A minimum of five participants are needed for the class to be presented.

A physician referred exercise program designed to ease patients into exercising. Clients will receive personalized attention from dedicated fitness professionals in order to establish fitness and lifestyle changes and goal setting.
