Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up
We provide supervised and flexible hours before and after camp in our kids' Energy Center between the hours of 8:15 to 9:30am & 4:30 to 7:30pm. This must be arranged through the Sports Director at ext. 2128 or campsbriarcliff@clubfit.com

Camp Visits
We encourage visits to our facility. Parents and campers may visit Club Fit prior to attending camp. Please schedule an appointment with the Camp Director.

Passwords
For safety sake, parents are asked to provide a password which will be used to authorize pick up.
Lunch
Lunch is available for $5.25 per day. Choose from a variety of healthy food choices. Meals are served with a drink and a choice of chips or fruit. Orders will be taken at the beginning of the day. Look for Pizza Fridays, each child will get 2 slices of pizza, an ice cream, and soda for $6.00. Campers may also bring their own lunch in a bag marked with the child's name.
Medical Information
A medical form, including immunization records, must be completed and on file for each camper prior to the start of camp. Please inform us of any allergies or serious illnesses. If your child will be taking any medication during camp, a separate permission form needs to be completed and on file with us.

Refunds
Refunds will only be made for medical reasons with a doctor's note. No exceptions. For early registration discount, refunds can be made up until May 31.
