From Couch to 5K and Beyond Jog or Run your way to a 5K and beyond with Personal Trainer Angela Lobrutto! Beginner and experienced runners are welcome. This program will provide interval cardio training as well as total body strength exercises to maximize muscle tone and shape. Angela will utilize the Club Fit facility as well as local outdoor locations. 8-week program begins April 23 10 - 11am Fridays On the track A minimum of 4 participants required to run program. |
