Improve your cardio and core conditioning with body hooping. Body hooping burns calories and tones the entire body. The body hoop is slightly weighted and is a little larger than the tradittional hula hoop and targets core muscles.

The magic circle works balance, stability and core strength. Further enhance your conditioning program with band and body weight exercises.
