Guided Interval Weight Lifting and Core Conditioning
Boys Ages 12 - 15

Instructional weight lifting program intervaled with body weight exercises and cardio conditioning. Gain fitness eduation while improving your strength, stamina and general health.

Program equipment includes smith machine (bench press, squats, shoulder press), dumbbell free weights, cable exercises, agility ladder, plyometric box, keiser circuit and technogym circuit
 
 

Minimum of 3 participants in each class for program to run.  Sign-up at the Service Desk.

Look back for sessions beginning of September 20th, time and days TBD!
