In this new program, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Ali Goldberg, will show you how dancing is a trendy way to relieve stress and shed off those unwanted calories. Join Ali in a high intensity cardio dance class paired with weight training, strengthening, and the use of free weights and medicine balls.
