This weight loss and exercise program features Master Trainer and Dietician/Nutrition Specialist Mark Colicci and Certified Personal Trainer Rabica Siddiqi

Track your foods with Mark and change your workouts to be more effective. The program includes 6 small group personal trainings one time each week for six weeks. It also includes an additional 1/2 hour individualized, nutritional and dietary analysis.

The workouts will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, muscular stengthening and flexibility all geared toward weight loss.
