Our perinatal classes are specifically designed to safely and effectively improve a woman's fitness level during the child bearing year. This unique program is directed by a certified childbirth educator and taught by a staff of fitness professionals certified in perinatal exercise. Our program adheres to the guidelines established by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Postnatal Exercise ... Baby Boot Camp

Build a better body while bonding with your baby, in our new postnatal Baby Boot Camp. Class combines weight training and cardiovascular exercise to bring you back to your pre-pregnancy body and beyond. Join us for a fun workout, surrounded by other moms and babies, in a stress free environment.

with Denise
Prepare your body for birth, labor and beyond through our pregnancy specific weight training program. Learn strengthening exercises targeting the muscles needed for delivery while enhancing all-over muscle tone, body image and your sense of well-being. Use effective stretching to alleviate the common aches/pains associated with pregnancy and learn breathing/relaxation techniques to cope with pain and discomforts of labor.
