Come try circuit training!

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works great for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), coordination, and flexibility. NIck Mastri, Personal Trainer

It involves doing a series of exercises for a specified amount of time with little rest in between sets. Not only are you toning and strengthening your entire body, you are also burning more calories than traditional cardio routines while boosting your metabolism.

This workshop will include various circuits using your bodyweight, medicine balls, resistance bands and dumbells.

Modifications, regressions, and progressions will be made for all fitness levels.

Modified TRX Workshop

Join N.A.S.M. Corrective Exercise Specialist Jennifer Schildwachter for a TRX Workshop for seniors and everyone beginning a journey in post rehab exercise.

The workshops will demonstrate:
• Proper stretching
Techniques to improve Range of Motion
Strength training
Personal exercise modifications

TRX is a bodyweight suspension training exercise designed to build strength, improve balance, flexibility and core stability.
