Arthritis
Class is led by trained personnel designed to help improve joint flexibility, relieve pain, stiffness and improve circulation
Balance and Tone
Strengthen the core and heighten your senses to connect mind, body and improve balance and flexibility. ( 30 minutes)
Cardio Blast
One full hour of aerobic aquatic exercise
Cardio Strength
Set to music, a cardio workout with strength training, using a variety of equipment. All levels
Deep Water Workout
Non-impact cardio workout using flotation belts. Improve your muscular strength and endurance without stress on the joints. Sign-up required
Extreme Power
A challenging aerobic workout incorporating interval training and power moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility. No music.
Power and Strength
A challenging mix of cardio, speed, strength and interval training combined with elements of pilates/yoga for alignment and awareness
Total Workout
A blend of aerobics, weights, balance and stretching for a comprehensive workout. All Levels
Water Walking
A thirty minute class that utilizes a variety of non-impact walking moves to increase circulation, improve range of motion and balance.
