Program/Class Descriptions
Advanced Vinyasa
A vinyasa class (series of asanas) moving through postures to build heat in the body while building strength and flexibility. Advanced level
Gentle Yoga
(Beginner) For the novice-soothing yoga stretches to enhance your mind/body connection.
Hatha Yoga
A traditional yoga class, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), vinyasa (series of asanas) and meditation.
Int. Hatha Yoga
Intermediate/Advanced Level Yoga
Power Yoga
(Advanced) - Postures are "held" to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
Vinyasa
Flow through postures to build heat while increasing strength/flexibility. All levels.
Yin Yoga
A quiet but intensive practice that works deeply into the connective tissues by holding postures for 3 -5 minutes. Class ends with guided meditation and alternates with Body Rolling. All levels- Tuesdays, 6:30 pm, studio 4.
Yoga and Meditation
Calm your world with 40 minutes of yoga to prepare the body for progressive relaxation and various forms of guided meditation, including breath watching and visualization
Yoga R&R
Hatha Yoga with focus on rejuvenation and restoring energy.
All levels
