Beginner Pilates Mat
A beginner mat class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates.
Body Rolling
Use inflated six to ten inch balls in self-therapy routines,unwind muscles and connective tissues,while stimulating bones.
Bootcamp
A military-style total body conditioning class.
Cancer Wellness
This program is designed to meet the special needs of people undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. A phuysican's note is required to attend. Mustbe 18 years and older. Free for members and Non-members. Contact Lynne at ext. 1139 for more information.

Small Group cardio classes conducted on the ARC Trainers in Lower Fitness. Participants will be motivated to work within a structured routine. Designed to enhance cardiovascular results. Class limited to 5 participants. Classes are 30 minutes. All levels welcome.
Cardio Blast
A 30-minute high intensity multi-impact aerobic workout.
Cardio Splash
Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility. All levels.
Cardio Tone
This class uses equipment (noodles, dumbbells, paddles) to increase muscle tone, while doing cardio work at the same time. Wall work and stretching round out the class.
Dance 'N Funk
On-going nine week sessions. A fresh mix of progressive choreographed dance routines influenced by Broadway, Jazz, Hip Hop and Funk!
Deep Water Workout
A non-impact cardio workout using floatation belts. Improve your muscular strength and endurance without stress on the joints.

Sculpt and Shape your total body utilizing weights, body bars, bands, gliders and balls.

Forever Fit
An Introduction to strength training designed to increase muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Safely progress at your own pace in a supervised group setting. For ages 65 and older.
Gentle Yoga
(Beginner) For the novice-soothing yoga stretches to enhance your mind/body connection.
H20 Water Walking
A 45 minute session that utilizes a variety of non-impact moves to improve flexibility and toning. This class focuses on improving and sustaining joint mobility, endurance and independence and is taught by instructors certified by the arthritis association.
Hatha Yoga
A traditional yoga class including Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures), Vinyasa (series of Asanas) and meditation.
IM=X Pilates Mat
A pilates mat class with emphasis on strength training.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing techniques to music, giving an outstanding cardio workout. All levels.
Kickboxing H20

Pilates Core Ball
Achieve that svelte look in this total body toning class using the stability ball and a ten inch ball that will elongate and strenghten your entire body. Main emphasis is abdominal muscles.
Pilates Mat
Integrated movement= exercise. Pilates mat with emphasis on strength training.
Pilates Mat with Arm Series
Incorporating upper body with light weight toning.
