Club Fit, we are committed to providing members with information on health related issues and offering mind/body activities. The Briarcliff club hosts programs, lectures and free screenings for members in association with Phelps Memorial Hospital. Physical Therapy at Briarcliff provides a full range of therapy services by physician referral. Your health is a matter of concern to all our staff.

Club Fit HelpRx
A physician referred exercise program designed to ease patients into exercising. Clients will receive personalized attention from dedicated fitness professionals in order to establish fitness and lifestyle changes and goal setting. Clients are asked to complete two workout sessions each week over a 90 day period, and may continue membership with no additional enrollment fee.
