Court Reservations
Go to members.clubfit.com or the Reception Desk to book your courts. Each player is limited to one reservation per day. For reservations one week in advance, telephone and Internet bookings begin at 12:30 pm. In person bookings begin at 1:30 pm. A member may book one (1) court for singles OR doubles one (1) full week in advance. Two player names are required to book a singles court, four player names to book a doubles court. Please note only members may be included in a booking. Guests may be included in bookings made less than seven days in advance. The member making the reservation will be deemed the primary owner of the reservation.
It is mandatory for all children under 18 to wear eye guards on the racquetball courts — it is strongly advised for all racquetball players.
Walk-On Court Time
Members may reserve courts without a fee.
Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged $10 fifteen minutes into the reservation, at which time the court will become available for walk-on play. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for both tennis and racquetball. If cancellation is given less than 24 hours, and the court is reserved by another member, a cancellation fee will not be charged. If the court is not re-booked, a $10 per hour charge will apply to the member who made the reservation.
