30 minute Fast-Paced Interval Training class.  

Challenge your entire body using high intensity exercises, along with strength based movements to create a great workout - all done in a half hour! Push yourself to the edge with nothing but a clock, good music, effort, and fun. 

All levels of fitness are welcome!
