An interval training program specifically designed to generate weight loss and muscle tone.

The workout includes a variety of cardiovascular modalities and is combined with strength training to increase lean muscle mass and boost metabolism.

Two sessions available:
Mondays & Fridays: 
10:00–11:00 am | in Parisi
Members   $150
Non-member surcharge + $ 90

Saturdays:
8:00–9:00 am | in Parisi
Members   $75
Non-member surcharge + $45

Minimum of 4 participants per class required to run program.
