The new Lower Fitness Area layout promotes open space for functional training, small group programming, and our free to member classes such as TRX, Solid Gold, Balance and Endurance X. Choice pieces of equipment have been selected to be removed from the fitness floor to accommodate this process. We understand that some of these pieces of equipment might be your favorite. Our expert Personal Training Staff and I will be available to suggest alternative ideas, exercises and workouts to assist you to incorporate functional training into your regime. As always, staff will be on hand to guide you. We are available to answer any questions and concerns you may have.
