Free Small Group Classes

These free classes are designed to complement everyone’s daily workout... and working out in these group sessions is fun, interactive and addictive. Bring a friend (or make a new one) and see exercise in a whole new light. All levels of fitness are welcome!

Abs Express: Feeling guilty about skipping Ab exercises? A 10-minute challenging abdominal session that “cuts” to the core! Meet at the stretching mat. All levels welcome

Balance: This is a new one-of-a-kind approach to core strength conditioning. This is a fun and innovative series of workouts featuring the new patented Vew-Do “Nub Board” is designed to meet the needs of any fitness enthusiast regardless of ability age or skill. 30 minutes.

Cancer Wellness: This program is designed to meet the special needs of people undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. A physician’s note is required to attend. Must be 18 years and older. Free for members and Non-members.

Cardio ARC: Small group cardio classes conducted on the ARC Trainers in Lower Fitness. Participants will be motivated to work within a structured routine. Designed to enhance cardiovascular results. Class limited to 5 participants. Any members on the ARC Trainers at the start of class will be invited to join the session. Classes are 30 minutes. All levels welcome.

Endurance X: Endurance X is a 30 minute class that builds cardio endurance with speed and strength with plyometric and body weight exercises.

Functional Fitness: Hit every muscle group as you build strength, balance, endurance and burn calories through stations of various fitness equipment and exercises. Classes are 30 minutes. Class limited to 6 participants. Sign up at the front desk in person or by phone the day of the class. Meet in the Functional area. All levels welcome.

HOIST ROC-IT Circuit: Timed interval endurance circuit. Alternating timed strength and cardiovascular intervals promises a challenging yet holistic workout. Grab a Fit Coach and try it out for yourself!

Solid Gold: Progress safely at your own pace with exercises designed to improve strength endurance flexibility. +60 years

TRX / TRX-RX: Body weight suspension training classes designed to build strength, improve balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels. Class limited to 6 participants. Sign up at the front desk in person or by phone the day of the class. Meet in the TRX area. Classes are 30 minutes. All levels welcome.

Please sign up through the Reception Desk the day of desired participation to reserve a spot in TRX, Functional Fitness or Cardio Arc classes as space is limited.
