The Circuit

The Circuit - education motivation guidance strength support resistance - at Club Fit Jefferson Valley

Stop by our Service Desk and speak with a Fitness Coach so we can guide you through your journey.
 
The Circuit is a series of 9 pieces of equipment that covers the major muscle groups of the body. The Fitness team will guide you through these machines, setting up personal machine settings, explaining and demonstrating its use, and recording all of the information on your personal workout card. Then each time you return to the Circuit the Fitness team will be there to replicate your workout, while encouraging you to increase your resistance, and provide motivational coaching to help make the most of your workouts.
