Meditation to Reduce Stress

And Deepen Self Awareness

This program will explore a variety of techniques to reduce stress, including meditation to reduce stress club fit jvprogressive mindful meditation, and progressive concentrative meditation. Pranayama breath work will also be an integral part of each session. In addition, the 4 week workshop will offer tools that will enable participants to continue their practice at home. Over time, meditation practice greatly enhances our overall well being in both body and mind by reducing stress, soothing the nervous system, improving focus and deepening self-awareness. 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring layers to insure a comfortable body temperature.

Class will be led by Lela Damico, RYT -Registered Yoga Teacher, LMT.

Lela has been a Certified Yoga teacher since 2000 and an Licened Massage Therapist since 1996. In 2010, she traveled to India to further her studies and receive her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Her classes are an innovative blend of body & breath awareness, meditation technique and yogic philosophy.
