Massage is not only a luxury, it is an integral part of a complete health and fitness regime! The physical relief and mental rejuvenation provided by our New York State licensed therapists is key to total body wellness. We provide a variety of treatments to address your individual needs. Non-members enjoying massages have access to the club before and after their massage. Childcare is also available in our Energy Center and Nursery.

Appointments are available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours advance notice is required. Call for your appointment at 245.4040, ext 1517.
