Important Check-In Policies & Information
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the Reception Desk.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment.
- A physician should be consulted by persons on medication, or with any injury, disease or disability such as diabetes, high-risk pregnancy, cancer, osteoporosis, etc.
- Appointments can be made at the Reception Desk, ext. 1517.
- Our 50-minute massage is a full body massage, or you can specify deep tissue work in a specific area of concern.
- Massage is available seven days a week.
- Please shower before your massage if you exercise first.
- Towels are available free of charge in the locker rooms.
- Non-members are invited to use the club before and after appointments.
- Discounted packages available.
- Gratuities are appreciated.
