Mondays at 4pm and Thursdays at 6:30pm
The college instructional classes will include:
Being led through the Parisi signature warm-up which is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and engage the central nervous system to optimize performance.
Athletically based functional fitness training which will include various modalities such as sprinting, acceleration work, conditioning with sleds, and plyometrics.
Each class is one hour long and designed for those who are looking for a high intensity workout and to improve overall athleticism.
The open facility hours allow for each individual to come in and utilize the space (25 yard track and 10x15 yard turf) and equipment for their own workout under the supervision of a performance coach.
There is a non-member surcharge of $30.
