HP is a 30-minute high intensity workout that enhances any athletic or fitness goal that you have set for yourself. Get the most of your training. Come and join us for a free introductory class!
Classes are available early mornings and evenings. If you don't see a time that works for you, create your own small group training. Small groups of 4-5 friends can make appointments that fit their schedule.
A maximum of 6 participants are allowed per class. Sign-up early to secure your spot.
