Philosophy of Exercise: “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” Health and Wellness is a way of life and it can be for anyone with a great attitude and motivation. Set a goal for yourself and no matter how many times you may get discouraged, get back up and try a hundred times harder. That will simply make you a winner because motivation will almost always beat mere talent.
