Fencing develops balance, agility and coordination. The physical demands of fencing increase gradually as you learn the particular movements needed for the sport. 
Training in Karate offers many physical benefits: enhanced strength, fitness and stamina, grace and fighting ability, as well as mental and spiritual benefits.
CIT (Counselor-in-Training)
We offer a structured  Counselor-in-Training Program during our Summer Camp.
