This plan includes exploring ways of breaking down barriers that hinder achieving optimal health and well-being.

Cancer Wellness Exercise Program
This ongoing program is designed to meet the special fitness needs of people of all ages undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. A physician's note is required to attend. It's free for members and non-members.

Hiking Club
Good physical condition and hiking boots are the only prerequisites. Free to members and their guests. For hike dates and locations click here.

Registration Information: Reception Desk, ext. 1110. Meet at 10:00am in the Club Fit Jefferson Valley parking lot opposite Toys 'R Us. To meet at the hike location, please contact the hike leader.

A naturalist from Teatown Lake Reservation will join us on some hikes to answer questions & offer insights about nature, preservation and species identification. Visit


Club Fit HelpRx Program

A physician-referred exercise program designed to ease patients into exercising. Clients will receive personalized attention from dedicated fitness professionals in order to establish fitness and lifestyle changes and goal setting.
