My indulgence is chocolate — particularly a shortbread cookie dipped in chocolate my family has made for the holidays for years.

Parisi Speed School Athlete Paige Sullivan is happy to see improvement in her performance on the ice.

Parisi Speed School has helped me a lot in the short amount of time I have been going. I have really seen an improvement in my strength and conditioning. It has made me a more well rounded athlete. The training and the trainers have pushed and challenged me, and it has made me so much better. I can’t wait to see more improvement as I continue my training.” – Hockey Player Paige Sullivan
