At-Home Workouts From Lize Cutright

Personal Trainer Lize Cutright offers some effective bodyweight moves you can do at home.

When you can’t get to the gym, bodyweight exercise is an effective way to train at home. So effective, we use it in the Club as well! Along with weights, cardio, and fitness props, it’s an integral part of a well-rounded exercise routine.

A proponent of cross-training, Lize teaches a variety of free-to-member classes at Club Fit, including: CFXTRXAb-SolutionHOIST ROC-IT Fitness, and Balance & Stretch.

Workout 1 

(12 reps per move)
Repeat for 2–3 rounds

Workout 2 

Repeat series for 2–3 rounds

Workout 3 

  1. Pike push-up (x10 reps)
  2. Standing hip abduction (x20 per leg)
  3. Supermans (x10)
  4. Clams (x20 per leg)
  5. Front / back / lateral lunge (x10 per leg)
  6. High plank with shoulder tap (x20)

Repeat for 3–4 rounds
