Dryland Athlete of the Month: Jason Dang
Jason has been with the Dryland program for several sessions now. He is one of the athlete’s chosen to demonstrate skills for proper form and performance. Jason excels at running and all speed & agility drills. His balance on the functional equipment is above par. Able to balance in many positions on physio balls, he is swift-footed and full of energy. Congrats, Jason!
Most Improved Dryland Athlete: Alex Anand
Alex has been with the program for a few sessions now and continually is making improvements. His running has improved immensely and he is always looking to improve his time. Alex can always be found striving to get better and faster while having fun in the process. He always goes “all out” and puts his heart into everything. Way to go, Alex!
