Club Fit Adds New Matrix ITC Circuit
Club Fit’s new Matrix ITC Circuit at will help make your workouts more efficient
Great news! We’re upgrading to a brand-new Matrix Circuit at Club Fit Briarcliff. This will replace the Fitlinxx circuit to provide an even better member experience. The Matrix Intelligent Training Console (ITC) is integrated with the Club Fit app, so there is no need to download another app to use the circuit. Once you get set up on the new equipment, the Matrix ITC allows you to put in your ID number to identify your specific workout. The equipment will store your seat and weight settings, allowing you to sign in and have all their information at your fingertips.
Each machine’s console has a video to show proper use of the equipment, making it easier to remember the moves and to assure you are maintaining correct form. This fully connected strength-training experience helps newcomers get started and enthusiasts shatter limits.
Using a circuit allows you to train your whole body via one efficient workout in a short amount of time. These ergonomic machines allow your joints to move through their natural motion paths. Other benefits include ease of use and quick initial set up, making it an easy way to incorporate strength training into your fitness routine.

Michael Rebold, director of integrative exercise sciences at Hiram College in Ohio, explains: “A lot of people believe that if they don’t want to look like a bodybuilder, they shouldn’t perform resistance training. So the only form of exercise they do is aerobic — and then they wonder why they are having trouble making significant improvements in their health.”
