What are you looking forward to in your role at Club Fit? Helping others achieve their health goals and being a resource for anyone looking to learn more about exercise, nutrition, and cooking.

What do you love about being a personal trainer? I love researching and learning new things, especially when it involves understanding more about ways nutrition affects the human body. Being able to help others lead healthier lifestyles through food and cooking, or just working together to reach someone’s personal milestones are truly rewarding experiences for me, unlike anything else in the world.

Personal quote: “All good things take time. Health isn’t a set destination reached by following a singular path, but rather an ever-evolving journey with multiple routes and sights to see along the way.”
