Name: Sean Weil

What classes do you teach? I train a variety of levels and styles but my main focus is HIIT style training incorporating activity and utilizing as much of the session working as possible.
Fitness Background: In 1990 I weighed approximately 300 lbs. By changing my diet and working out I lost over 100 of them. When I left the restaurant world I began looking for a new line of work and decided on fitness training as it was something I was interested in and knew a bit about. I’ve now been a trainer for over 17 years.
Fun Facts: Well, I have very good kitchen skills, and am an excellent cook. I know quite a bit about food, wine and beverages. I’m an avid reader and have traveled quite a bit as well. My other job is acting. I’ve appeared on numerous TV shows, many indie films and worked on the stage in NYC for many years.
What do you love about being a personal trainer? It is beneficial to others and I have no excuse not to go to the gym.
