HP 30 – the Ultimate 30 Minute High Performance Workout at Club Fit Jefferson Valley

An image with a metallic man runningClub Fit Jefferson Valley is launching a new time saving, result driven class, that delivers a high intensity workout through a focused and educated approach. Accelerate your conditioning without sacrificing technique, form, and safety. Workouts are taught, not commanded, through a closely supervised and thoughtful process that delivers a high energy and intense experience with a safe execution of all exercises and drills.

Our goal is to bring out the athlete in everyone, in just 30 minutes, several times a week. When it comes to calorie burning during exercise, research shows that HIT training (short, high-intensity interval workouts) burn more calories than longer, lower intensity aerobic workouts. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, not only are more calories burned in short, high intensity exercise, but cardiovascular improvements happen faster with something as simple as 30-Second Sprint Workouts than with long steady endurance exercise.

In an effort to meet the demands of your busy lifestyle these HP 30 classes are scheduled at 6:30 & 7 am every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 6:30 & 7 pm every Tuesday & Thursday, and every Saturday at 8 & 8:30 am. Classes begin the week of June 4th and will be conducted by Parisi Speed Coaches.
