Daylight Saving Time is seen by many as one of the first signs of spring in the Northern Hemisphere. To help lessen the impact of a sudden change, NBC News suggests “To reduce the effects of DST, try to reset your clock by going to bed and waking up 15-20 minutes earlier starting a few days before the time change.”
Experts recommend being extra mindful during the first week or so, as there is increased potential for accidents caused by sluggishness.
