Skills, Drills and Conditioning Class with Tom Cash
From warm-up to skill and Drills, conditioning and cool down, you’ll be sure to get a good workout and beat the boredom of the regular workout session. This boxing training session stimulates all muscle groups and provides the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
