Your membership will remain on freeze until the full club is able to reopen. No dues or freeze fees will be charged during this time. No action is needed on your part unless you need to make additional changes to your account or are ready to opt in to the Phased-in exercise program. This phased in exercise program is an option you can select. It is not automatic.
Members can freeze their membership for a minimum of one month at a time, for any number of consecutive months, for $15/month. There is no charge for medical suspensions. A medical suspension requires a doctor’s letter stating the reason and length of absence (up to 6 months). Freeze requests must be received in writing via fax, email, letter, stopping by to see a Club Experience Advisor, or filling out our online form. All freeze requests, regardless of type, must be received by the Club at least (3) three business days prior to the end of the month in order to avoid being obligated for the following month’s dues.
We will waive all freeze fees through 10/31/20.
