We only use cage-free eggs, prepared the following ways: Hard Boiled, Sunnyside Up*, Over Easy*, Over Medium*, Over Hard, Fried or Scrambled. We can also use egg whites.

  • 3 Egg Omelet with toast

  • Core Fit: Grilled chicken, spinach, tomato & avocado mayo on a whole wheat roll
  • Namaste: Grilled portabello & eggplant with tomato, spinach & avocado mayo on a tomato wrap
  • Advantage: Turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce & tomato on flatbread
